Book Club

Do you love reading books about history? So do we! That's why we created the Ruthmere Book Club - a place where avid readers and history buffs can unite to discuss the stories of the past.

The Ruthmere Book Club meets at 3:30 p.m. on the third Thursday each month (except April 2026, which will meet on 4/23/26) at the Beardsley Discovery Center. Books are selected annually, consisting of both fiction and non-fiction. Books are not provided in all cases, although some are provided by Indiana Humanities or the state library system.

Contact Tehillah Moses (tmoses@ruthmere.org)  or Linnea Wuorenmaa (lwuorenmaa@ruthmere.org) if you would like to join the club or would like more information.

Club membership is FREE.

The 2025 Book Club is sponsored by Gordon & Phyllis Hostetler. Thank you!
